  1. Distributions of patients with diagnoses of RRMS and SPMS. Distributions are similar in all datasets (train, valid, calibration, and test). In this table, patients recorded to have a diagnosis of RRMS at the final hospital visit were categorized as RRMS. Patients with a diagnosis of SPMS were categorized as SPMS. In the SPMS patients, patients with SPMS at initial and final hospital visits (SPMS-SPMS) anp = 1696; nv = 10,542, bnp = 125; nv = 813, cnp = 152; nv = 904, dnp = 677; nv = 3977 and patients with RRMS at initial and SPMS at final hospital visits (RRMS-SPMS) anp = 1238; nv = 15,129, bnp = 103; nv = 1136, cnp = 101; nv = 1210, dnp = 467; nv = 5821. np = number of individual patients, nv = number of hospital visits.
