The TWPAC biasing parameters are similar to that of Fig. 3b: I_d = 1 μA, ω_a/2π = 14.52 GHz, P_a = − 75 dBm, ω_c/2π = 3.15 GHz and P_c = − 80 dBm (at the chip inputs).
