The horizontal solid line represents the genome-wide significance threshold of P = 5.0 × 10−8, and the lower broken line represents the suggestive threshold of P = 1.0 × 10−6. Two SNPs exceeded the suggestive threshold; rs13278062 at TNFRSF10A-LOC389641 (P = 5.94 × 10−7) and rs6061548 near GATA5 (P = 2.52 × 10−7).
