Total RNA was isolated from cells. The relative mRNA levels of DmAK1 and DmAK2 were determined by qPCR using DmRp49 as an internal reference. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 3 biologically independent replicates). Asterisk indicates differences statistically significant at *P < 0.05 (Student’s t-test).
