The RFU values were normalized to a scale of 0–100 and are shown in the form of a heat map (a). The RFUs are plotted for two VLRBs, Tn4-27 that preferentially binds to the type H antigen on N-glycan presentations, and Tn4-21 that binds to O-glycan presentations of the antigen (b).
