A549-hACE2 cells were pre-treated with Tipiracil or carrier (0 mM) for 2 h and infected with CoV-2 at MOI 1. After 48 h, cells were harvested to check (A) spike protein and (B) RNA expression, *P < 0.05. Raw data for Fig. 3 are included in Supplementary Data file.
