Shown are the results of the co-expression analyses for the queen network experiment (column 1: queen network from queen–worker comparisons; nworker = 14; nqueen = 14) and the JH-manipulation experiment with comparisons between precocene–control (column 2: precocene effect), the solvent–control (column 3: solvent effect), and the precocene–solvent (column 4: JH effect) (nprecocene = 12, nsolvent = 7, ncontrol = 6).
