The numbers in a indicate the fungal species easily moving among trophic modes (Alternaria alternata (#1) and Aspergillus niger (#2)) were grouped to saprotrophs, Fusarium oxysporum (#3) to phytopathogens (for details refer to Supplementary Table S151). Detailed parametric configurations of DAPC models are provided in the “Methods” section.
