All red dots (Differentially Expressed) are significantly upregulated transcripts with ≥2.0 log2 fold change and have an adjusted p-value of ≤ 0.01. All black dots (N.S.) are outside these thresholds. b shows a volcano plot of differentially expressed proteins heads and tails by the ratio (Head/Tail). All red dots (Differentially Expressed) are proteins with a ratio of ≥1.6 and a significance ≥13.0 −10 log p-value. All black dots (N.S.) fall outside of these thresholds. All supporting data is contained in Supplementary Data 1. Replication n = 3 independent biological replicates.
