  1. Validation of segmentation of pyramidal cells based on 3D-reconstruction. Precision, sensitivity, and F1-scores were calculated based on 491 reconstructed pyramidal cells from 30 stacked 2048 × 3840 manually marked images. Original refers to the case where centroid points from all 30 images are included. Filtered refers to the case where centroid points from the first and last three images of the stack were excluded.
