Tumours of HT1080 cells expressing FLAG-tagged FIH-1 were collected from mice injected vehicle or Naph (n = 5 per group) 3 h after the injection. FLAG-tagged FIH-1 was immunoprecipitated (IP FLAG) from tumour lysates, and precipitates were analysed by western blotting using the indicated antibodies. ci Expression of HIF-1 target genes (cg), HIF1A (h), and 18S rRNA (i) in tumours of HT1080 cells 6 h after Naph injection.
