Net SC of HEK293T = average of total SCā€‰āˆ’ā€‰average of four control SC; likewise, net SC of Hela.cl1 = total SCā€‰āˆ’ā€‰control SC. Net SC of HEK293T and Hela.cl1 were 14 and 10, respectively.
