Schematic diagrams of the binding model of G2WT to single and tandem GATA motifs are shown on the right in a, d, respectively. The influences of the flow rate of the respective GATA2 proteins at the indicated protein concentrations are shown on the left. Kinetic parameters of the respective GATA2 proteins are shown in the tables. A mixture of equal amounts of the G2WT and G2mutant proteins was used in c, f. Experiments were performed in duplicate, and the results were reproducible.
