SH-SY5Y cells were cross-linked using formaldehyde. Ribosomal cross-links observed in undifferentiated cells were visualised on the high-resolution structure of the ribosome (PDB ID: 4UG057). 43 cross-links have a Cα distance < 30 Å (blue), one cross-link has a Cα distance >30 Å (red).
