RAW264.7 macrophages were treated with vehicle, IL-4 (20 ng/mL), or ferrichrome + IL-4 for 24 h. Conditioned media (CM) was collected by culturing RAW264.7 cells for an additional 24 h in serum-free RPMI 1640 media.
