A solution containing AAV9.Iba1.miR-9.T.miR-129-2-3p.T and LPS (0.2 μg/μL) was injected into the three brain regions at Day 0, followed by supplemental intraperitoneal injection of LPS (1 μg/g body weight) daily up to Day 7. Mice were killed 6 h after the LPS injection on Day 7. Brain slices were immunolabeled for GFP and Iba1. b–m Low, middle, and high magnification of the cerebral cortex (b–e), striatum (f–i), and cerebellum (j–m).
