Proportion of D antigen reactivity remaining after heating in the presence or absence of 1, 5 and 10 mM GSH. Aliquots of IPV and VLPs were incubated at a range of temperatures and analysed by D Antigen ELISA; reactivity is expressed relative to samples incubated at 4 °C for the same period. Data were shown for PV3-SC8 VLPs expressed in mammalian cells.
