From: Prolonged microgravity induces reversible and persistent changes on human cerebral connectivity

In a seed correlation analysis, those regions that showed intrinsic connectivity contrast (ICC) modifications were used as seed areas to evaluate the ensuing brain networks. The posterior cingulate cortex and insula are associated with established default mode network and salience network regions, respectively. Color bars represent the t-values for the one-sample t-test. A statistical uncorrected voxel-level threshold of p < 0.001 at the whole-brain level was applied, with a subsequent cluster-level threshold of p < 0.05 family-wise error corrected (n = 11).
