Note significant off-target activity even with eCas9 with the VEGFA gRNA that was blocked by the Vx4-gRNA, with comparable on-target activity, and FANCF x-gRNAs have no detectable off-target activity. n = (at least) 3 replicates each, dots are individual data points.
