From: Tumor-targeted nanodrug FSGG/siGal-9 for transdermal photothermal immunotherapy of melanoma
Firstly, the prepared Fe3O4@SiO2 (FS) and PEI-PEG-Glu were bound to Fe3O4@SiO2-Glu (FSG). Then, FSG bound GNR-MUA to form the final nanostructure Fe3O4@SiO2-GNR-Glu (FSGG). The whole processes were verified by Zeta potential and UV-Vis absorption spectra.
