Each fluorescence channel, the overlay (merge) and differential interference contrast (DIC) microscopy images of individual cells are shown. Scale bars represent 2 µm. Eight cells were imaged. A schematic representation of the cell is shown aside indicating the intracellular organisation including Golgi system (G), nucleus (N) and food vacuoles (F).
