a A total of 1369 shrimp intestinal data were collected from nine countries to profile the microbial composition of pacific white shrimp. The relative abundance of bacterial communities at phylum level. b The relative abundance of bacterial communities at genus level. c The alpha diversity of shrimp IM at different countries indicating by Chao1 index and Shannon index. d Latitude distribution of microbial diversity, indicating by observed ASV number, Chao1 index and Shannon index with second order polynomial regression lines, as diversity peaked at low latitude. e A total of 19 core ASVs were obtained. The total relative abundance of core ASVs were present in 52.4% at shrimp IM. f Fifteen of the 19 ASVs belonged to Proteobacteria, three ASVs were Tenericutes and one ASV was Firmicutes. The heatmap showed the relative abundance (normalized by Z score) of core ASVs at different countries.
