Each data point represents a specific gene in each of five different tissue groups (pancreas, liver, kidney, skin, mixed group). Genes with higher expression in monosomy X are shown in the upper, right quadrant (e.g., OVCH1-AS1). Genes with lower expression in monosomy X are shown in the lower, left quadrant. Key clusters of Y chromosome genes and X-inactivation genes (e.g. XIST) are also shown.
