A Expression of IDO1 compared to IL1B at 72 h: both are variably expressed with a similar pattern across the 28 HAMs (R2 = 0.81). BH Select mRNA transcripts with co-expression patterns highly correlated with IDO1 at 24 h (R2 ≥ 0.80). IDO1 is expressed in all HAMs over a wide range of scales in reads per million (RPM), with examples of the most tightly co-expressed genes with IDO1 representing the most variably expressed gene cluster (BH). Gene expressions are shown in RPM on both axes.
