  1. Correlation Analysis. The HIV-1NL4_3 nucleotide variant frequency (calculated as the total number of variants divided by the total number of nucleotides sequenced per sample) detected at the endpoint in the gag, pol, and env regions was correlated with the endpoint plasma viral load. The correlations were determined using Spearman’s rank test. The correlation coefficient r value and p-values were calculated and shown, with a p-value less than 0.05 considered significant.
