DOs 8 and 9 in Stim Worm 1 are active during behavior state 3 (REVSUS). As DO 8 transitions to DO 9, connectivity between a core set of interneurons and the sensory neurons as well as motor neurons evolves in terms of which neurons are involved as well as in terms of strength and quantity. Here we show these two DOs linearly combined in different ratios, from 100% DO 8, to 50% DO 8 and 50% DO 9 (negative coefficient), all the way to 100% DO 9. We show the connection strengths (above a threshold) in the circle graphs in the right column, with a large percentage of neurons unlabeled.
