In a range of 1.72-1.80 nm, there were 19 candidates, and by enumerating arylene panels for the synthesis (Supplementary Figs. 14), two chiral indices, i.e., (20,4) and (18,6), remained synthetically accessible candidates. By examining the chemical structures of these chiral indices, we found [4]CQ to be an ideal target for large-bore nanotubes.
