Residues for which no Ka could be fitted are shown with black bars. Ka values are indicated on the structures on the right, first as individual H/N/C and then as the mean. Residues for which there is no data are shown as blue, and increasingly strong affinities are shown as redder colors and thicker tubes. Residue numbering can be found in Fig. S4.
