Conditions: 10 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.0) and 100 μM dimer in H2O and MeOH (1:1) at 20, 40, and 60 °C. Comparing the CD spectra of the seven dimers, the structure of 2′,3′-trans-BNAs appears to be different from that of typical nucleotide dimers (dT-dimer, rT-dimer, LNA-T-dimer).
