  1. The separate cases are classified according to the structural and phonon treatment. The phonons are obtained either via DFPT or SSCHA. The ground-state (GS) structure is determined by minimizing either the electronic energy within DFT or the total energy including the ZPE (using DFPT or SSCHA).
