In the first paragraph of the Methods section, the sentence “We begin with an elongated BEC of approximately 9 × 10587Rb atoms…,” has erroneously been written without a space between the two superscripts “5” and “87”.
This has now been corrected in both the HTML and PDF of the article, and the same expression reads: We begin with an elongated BEC of approximately 9 × 105 87Rb atoms…”
