Extended Data Table 1 Comparison of humanness performance across methods on diverse public test datasets

From: An adaptive autoregressive diffusion approach to design active humanized antibodies and nanobodies

  1. The humanness improvement, such as an increase of 29.91%, refers to the absolute change in the humanness score, rather than a relative change. The OASis value denotes the absolute change in OASis medium identity between humanized antibodies and their corresponding parental antibodies. The T20 score represents the absolute change between humanized antibodies and their parental counterparts. Germline identity is defined as the sequence similarity between the humanized antibodies and the most human germline sequence, as determined by ANARCI. Bold values indicate that, for the given metric, the performance of the in silico humanized sequences is closest to that of the experimentally validated sequences.
