‘Grains’ includes rice, wheat, maize and other cereals. ‘Vegetables, fruits, nuts and pulses’ also includes roots and tubers. ‘Other crops’ also includes cash crops such as coffee, tea and cocoa. ‘Other processed food’ also includes lightly processed foods (for example, pasta, bread).
