Values for all fruits and vegetables analysed are provided in Supplementary Tables 1.11.3. A log10 transformation has been applied for visualization purposes; the tinted bar and asterisk (*) next to ‘currant’ highlight that this fruit has a positive value, but this is very small and therefore presents as a negative number after the log10 transformation. This figure is complementary to Fig. 2, which shows violin plots of the distribution of pressures and consumption of all fruits and vegetables consumed in each focal country; here, we show the pressures and consumption values for some of the crops summarized in Fig. 2.
