Results are representative from two independent experiments. c, Cells were plated by triplicate into 96 well plates and then treated with TNF at 100ng/mL. Cell proliferation was measured by cell confluence using the IncuCyte S3 Live Cell Analysis System. TNF treatment decreased proliferation of MC38 WT, MC38 PAK4 KO 6.9 and MC38 PAK4 KO 6.10 cells by 41%, 95% and 74% respectively compared to untreated cells (means +/- SEM).
