On day 0, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8, a blood sample was taken from each mouse to quantify Ly6G+ neutrophils. Mice were harvested at day 8. b, FACS analysis of Ly6G+CD11b+ neutrophils among CD45+ cells in the blood (n = 6 mice per group).
