Cluster labels correspond to those in Fig. 4c. Cluster #1 represents patients homogeneous for their clinical outcome (all deceased) and multi-omic features. Cluster #2 represents a heterogeneous population with regards to clinical outcome while cluster #3 represents a more homogenous population compared to cluster #2. Notably, in cluster #3, patients noted to be alive at the time of analysis were strongly predicted to be deceased by the model.
