a Serum neutralization assay was performed using the TECH-OECT system. A neutralizing serum (Sp), with titer above 80, was progressively diluted in cultures infected by SARS-CoV-2, real-time monitoring the cell line using the automatized OECT technology for 44 h. b qRT-PCR Allplex Seegene data normalized to the starting value at the beginning of each experiment.
