The calculated sensitivity indices (SI) are moment-independent and computed based on the CDF of modeled nongrowing season net ecosystem exchanges of CO2 (NGS–NEE). For each variable, the solid black horizontal line represents the mean SI value with the rectangular boxes surrounding this solid line representing a 2000 bootstrapped 95% confidence interval on the SI.
