Urban land changes from the CLUBS-SELECT model (from ref. 8) according to the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) are displayed on the top left, and resulting land area changes are shown for each land category group. Ranges in values for each SSP represent different scenarios based on Global Circulation Models (GCMs), Representative Concentration Pathways (RCPs), and the land harmonization procedure.
