Notes: Nodes represented each dominant phylum or class, and the connections between nodes indicated a correlation between the two microorganisms. The red line indicated a positive correlation, while the blue line indicated a negative correlation. The size of the node was directly proportional to the relative abundance of the microorganisms in the entire sample. The edges thickness was proportional to the relevance degree.
