Vegetation indicators include NDVI, EVI, MSAVI, RVI, and WDVI. Environmental covariates included elevation, slope, temperature, and precipitation. Weighted difference vegetation index (WDVI), ratio vegetation index (RVI), modified soil adjusted vegetation index (MSAVI), inverse distance weighting (IDW), nearest-neighbor interpolation (NeI), extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), support vector machine (SVM), and ordinary kriging (OK), and relative error (RE).
