The quantification is relative to Veh. injected group. B) Primary cilia length quantification obtained after immunofluorescent staining (ACIII antibody) in the CA3 (left panel) region of the hippocampus of 3 and 16- month-old mice after peripheral chronic infusion (peripheral osmotic minipumps) with either vehicle or OCN. The length of the primary cilia was measured and quantified in 3D using the Imaris software. Scale bar: 10 μm. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. The p values were determined by a two-tailed Student’s t-test compared to veh in A and by a one-way ANOVA with multiple comparison followed by a Tukey test in B.
