Violin plots show the distribution of assignment confidence for each PD cluster. Each violin contains a narrow box plot indicating the median (centre line), upper and lower quartiles (box limits), and whiskers extending to ±1.5 × the interquartile range (IQR); individual points represent outliers beyond the whiskers.
