Two main branches make up the recovered Armatimonadota, the deeper branch contains the shallow sea BS MAGs in Hebobacteria alongside undescribed sequences isolated from the estuary and sea sediments, while the Zipacnadia MAGs are located in the newest branch among other undescribed sequences. Bootstraps are displayed as gray and black circles on internal nodes with greater than 50% and 80% bootstrapping, respectively. Colored markers at the end of undescribed sequences note the environment they were collected from.
