Box plot representation of the BDI-II scores from the three experimental groups. The Kruskal-Wallis test was performed to assess the differences in BDI-II scores among the groups (n = 18 in each group). A statistically significant difference was observed (χ² = 37.16, p < 0.0001), indicating that the BDI-II scores varied significantly across the groups. The central line within each box represents the median BDI-II score, while the box encompasses the interquartile range (IQR). Whiskers extend to the minimum and maximum values within 1.5 times the IQR.
