Shapes named and enumerated in the figure correspond to group 8. y, indicates an individual shape of the group; Y, indicates the set of shapes in the group; xi, indicates a shape of the group, after uniform scaling; X, indicates the set of shapes in the group after uniform scaling; q, indicates the accumulated sum of morphological distances between a shape and all the other in the group; n, number of shapes in the group; D, morphological distance between a pair of shapes; v, index of a specific vertex; V, set of vertices.
