Following gene deletion of CnB-iKO, hearts were assessed for: (a) Hoxb13 staining in control and CnB-iKO adult hearts at 2 weeks after gene deletion showing that Hoxb13 is not localized to myocardial nuclei in CnB-iKO hearts.
