Fluorescence emission intensity of (-)-blebbistatin (5 µM) increases upon binding to bovine cardiac myosin S1 (1 µM) in the ADP-VO4 state. This increase is attenuated in the presence of excess aficamten (50 µM). Samples were excited at 426 nm.
