All cardiac fibroblasts were labeled with wheat germ agglutinin (WGA, magenta). Bar = 20 µm. b) Quantification of staining shown in A. Data represent the mean ± SEM from independent hearts samples indicated by the use of different colors/shapes. For each sample, multiple fields were imaged (small symbols), and the larger symbol corresponds to the average of that sample.
